Securing Your Lot
Great homes start with a good foundation, so it’s crucial to have an established lot of land before we begin. Our owners are experienced in agriculture and can help you determine the best place to build your dream home.
Designing Your Home
Unlike spec home builders, we consider your needs when determining a floorplan for your custom home. If you already have one in mind, work with our creative team to perfect it before the build.
Determining the Budget and Schedule
We value making sure that your time and budget are respected throughout the entire process. We’ll meet with you to discuss the appropriate timeframe and budget to bring your home to life.
Working Out the Details
We partner with a skilled team of female designers so that your custom home’s interior is truly tailored to what your preferences are. From cabinets to lighting to plumbing, we work to fit your budget and style.
Project Management
Never worry about finding a general contractor to work with your home builder again. Our in-house team doubles as both to streamline the process and make it easier for everyone involved.
Construction
Once the planning and paperwork are complete, our team will handle all aspects of the construction process so you can enjoy this time without the headache. We’re also here to help answer as many questions as possible.
The Final Details
Our team handles the inspection process, so you know you’re getting the keys to a house that is ready to move in. Our final package includes copies of your contract, invoices, and any other necessary manuals or warranties you may need.
Ongoing Service
Our relationship doesn’t end on move-in day. In addition to offering a warranty on your new home, we also provide landscaping and maintenance services so that you can continue to keep your new dream home looking its best.
